another early morning technically still night blog post. it's 12:34am as of writing this. if you have a problem with it for whatever reason you can blow my huge hog.
Anyways uhhhh yesterday was kindaish bad but like it got better. I accidentally spilled monster energy on my laptop, my fav flavor of monster too, and it was like most of the can. And like yeah obviously it turned out fine since im able to write this blog rn but like i was lowkey panicking. Not like at first but like. my laptop started to randomly freeze up. like completely. like i wasnt able to move my mouse and if i touched the screen it didnt do shit (my laptop is a touchscreen laptop) and i couldnt even turn it off without like turning it completely off, pressing the power button didnt do shit, closing the laptop didnt turn it off either, the screen just stayed on and didnt let me do anything at all. only thing i was able to do was shut it completely off and like pretty much just restart my computer. so i did. this happened like 4 different times btw it was really annoying. It'd work for like a few minutes or so and then just freeze and i'd have to repeat the process of shutting it off completely and turning it back on
which is lowk tedious as fuck btw. i have to hold the power button for like 5 secs then turn it back on and then wait for it to start up and its fucking ANNOYING
also like the 3rd time it froze on the start up screen and i was so scared i was gonna lose my data if i restarted my laptop while on the start up screen, so i texted a gc with some of my more tech literate friends to ask what i should do bc like im really tech illiterate when it comes to computers, like i know how to use technology but i dont know how to maintain specifically computers or how to troubleshoot problems with computers. I treat my computer the same way i treat my phone. And i treat my phone like a 1940's housewife. When my phone aint workin properly i smack that bitch in the pussy and insult and yell at er. I dont think that kind of thing exactly works for computers. Anyways, my friends started sayin some nerd shit i barely understood but like they said i'd prob need to see a repair shop and like i can NOT go to a repair shop idek where the nearest repair shop is, probaly not anywhere near here, if i made my parents waste their time and money by driving all the way out to a repair shop and then spending even MORE money to get my laptop fixed, they'd fuckin kill me. Hell, they might kill me just over the fact i broke the damn thing. LUCKILY THO IT WASNT BROKEN YAYYYYY!!! yeah uhhhh since i didnt see any other option i just restarted it again. Everything worked fine, was still able to log into my laptop, was still logged in to everything, all my files were still there, everything worked. for a few minutes. then it froze again. after that i just shut it down completely and left it alone for the rest of the day. went shopping. got some more candies. had this pokemon hersheys bar thing, was really cute ngl, they have like little pokemon themed images pressed into the chocolate square things on the bar idk how to phrase it but its absolutely adorable. loved it. dont usually buy hershys chocolate cuz theres another chocolate bar, its under dollar generals brand, that is thicker and just higher quality of chocolate and i think its also cheaper (tho i wasnt really paying attention to the price of the hersheys bar so idk for sure), so like i kinda gave up on hersheys ever since i had that dg brand chocolate but like my little neurodivergent self saw pokemon chocolate bar and my brain went "buybuybuybuybuy we need this"
And honestly, i'd have it again, it's just so cute and like yeah its just a cheap lazy marketing gimmick and i shouldnt be giving them my money but i DO NOT CARE. I LIKE THE POKEMON CHOCOLATE. ITS CUTE.
anyways yeah. been on here a few hours i think and it hasn't frozen since. I guess my laptop is more of an autistic chick than my phone is. Needs some space when stressed in order to function properly.
But she's workin now. Played some Henry Stickmin. No issues. Didn't freeze. Didn't even lag. And like i've been typing this blog post for a good 30 mins or so, its 1:10am now, and everything is still working exactly as it should. Think it's all better now.
